Traditional Therapy

Individual, Couples and Family Therapy

In the early stages of therapy, we will explore some of the initial reasons you are seeking help and identify important goals to work toward. We will explore possible treatment models to participate in, identify existing strengths, get to know one and other and begin the process of therapy. During treatment we may explore the root causes of behavior, identify solutions to current problems, process trauma, enhance interpersonal relationships and build healthy coping skills. My aim is to help you alleviate your current pain and become more aware of your feelings, patterns of behavior, and relationships to address some of the goals that we will have identified in the beginning of treatment. Together we will integrate evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, ancient stoic practices, great wisdom from eastern philosophy and build upon your personal strengths to continue your well-being journey during careful, patient, and compassionate therapy sessions.
